How much does it cost?
Prices start at $250.00 USD and vary depending on the number of characters (people/pets), and background style (standard/custom).
Do pets count as a character?
Yes. Pets are people too. :)
How long does it take?
Your unique piece of art is hand-drawn and colored by an actual artist, not a team overseas that cranks out poor imitations. Normal delivery times are 7-14 days from the time of the order.
How is the art delivered?
Your art is a digital file. A link to the art will be emailed to you as soon as it’s complete. Delivery of physical hard goods varies depending on the item. You will receive estimated delivery times on merchandise at the time of order.
What if I want to make changes to the art?
No worries. Your happiness is the best referral. If the art isn't quite what you wanted then every reasonable effort will be made to get you tooned up properly and to your liking.
What size is the art and what are the technical specifications?
You will receive a hi-resolution file that is 4800 pixels x 6000 pixels in both JPG and PNG format. Printed pieces are available in an 8" x 10" or 16" x 20" size at 300 DPI.
